The 19th arrondissement, meanwhile, is the city's cheapest, with houses in the area expected to fetch 6,350 euro per square metre.
House prices in France have steadily been rising each quarter, particularly in more sought after areas like Paris.
This year, French property prices have risen by an average of 6.8%, a 3.3% rise on last quarter.
