Mortgage Market Competition Hots Up

The mortgage market is getting much more competitive now that annual house prices are up, not just monthly increases.

This is just as we predicted previously and we expect some substantial competition in 2010 with significantly lower payable mortgage rates and more lenders and products. 

Unfortunately not the same improvements in the buy to let mortgage sector yet but we do expect movement next year.
