Assetz Goes Fractional for Holiday Home Investment

Assetz is set to revolutionise the second homes market through the launch of Assetz Fractional, the first robust and financially secure fractional ownership scheme for UK investors looking to buy a share in a holiday property in the UK or overseas.

Assetz Fractional Ownership allows up to four buyers to effectively own a share in the property, with purchasers entitled to use the property for up to three months of a year, on a rotational basis (during which you can either occupy the property or rent it out). All properties in the Assetz Fractional Ownership portfolio are freehold (or occasionally long leasehold) with title deeds registered at the relevant country's Land Registry – providing purchasers with an asset that will appreciate with rises in property market values.
