Assetz France has won the 'Best Real Estate Agency France' Award for the second year in a row at the International Property Awards – the world’s biggest and most important property event.
The company was awarded five stars, the highest possible prize, at the awards ceremony at the London Marriott Hotel on 3rd November.
Assetz France is one of the longest established French estate agents based in the UK, sourcing holiday homes and investments from Monaco through to Nice and Cannes, Paris, St Tropez and ski properties in the Alps and Pyrenees.
Stuart Law, Managing Director of Assetz said:
"We are delighted that Assetz France has once again been recognised by the industry as the leading new build and French property leaseback estate agent. The recent introduction of Assetz Ski has helped cement our position as market leader, enabling us to provide specialist expert knowledge on the increasingly popular ski sector.
"Our investment in customer service has paid off, with Assetz becoming renowned for offering an exceptional service which extends beyond the close of every property transaction, ensuring all our clients enjoy a smooth and stress-free holiday home or investment purchase."
The agency is an expert on the French leaseback scheme, having introduced it to the UK commercially five years ago. They can also assist with French mortgage applications, tax advice, translation, property viewing trips and after sales assistance.
Now in its twelfth year, the International Property Awards aims to distinguish the highest levels of achievement in a range of property-related fields. Judges included Channel 4 property guru Phil Spencer, Jeremy Leaf, Chairman of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and Peter Bolton King, Chief Executive of the National Association of Estate Agents.
